Biography

Mr. Christopher Buja is responsible for international activities for Advanced Internet Initiatives within the Office of the Chief Technology Officer at Cisco Systems. At Cisco, he also supervised expansion of electronic commerce and Internet provisioning for service providers. Prior to joining Cisco, Mr. Buja organized Internet marketing at SynOptics and established two start-ups in Silicon Valley. In the field of satellite communications, he directed commercial development roles with a satellite manufacturer, and oversaw Ariane launch operations in South America. He received his MBA from Stanford University and holds a BS Engineering in Aerospace with a concentration in International Affairs from Princeton University.
